Analytics consumers / End users
Nontechnical users who want to leverage existing Cognos reports, conduct self-service data discovery and author simple reports.
The role of the analytics consumer is evolving. Even for the more traditional report consumer, Cognos Analytics offers significant additional value with a fully interactive report viewing experience. Self-service capabilities that were previously unavailable or difficult to access are front and center. However, without a concerted effort and investment in guiding these users through these powerful new features, their value will not be realized. This is why we have designed a condensed half-day training solution that will assist users in successfully transitioning to Cognos Analytics and give them exposure to the self-service capabilities available. If you want to take self-service analytics even further, we have you covered.
